Your Role with Us:

As an (Affiliate) Marketing Coordinator at Easygo, you'll be at the heart of expanding our reach and driving growth for our global brands/products. You'll be the crucial link between our company and our affiliate network, working closely with partners to help them succeed. Your day-to-day will involve finding and onboarding new affiliate partners, supporting them to make the most of their marketing efforts. You'll also keep an eye on affiliate performance, ensuring they hit their goals while being the go-to person for any questions or issues they have. This role will also involve campaign analysis, where you will be working closely with our other on-site marketing teams to provide affiliates with top-notch marketing materials and insights into our products and services.

Please note, this specific hire requires language capabilities in Vietnamese and English. This includes fluency in reading, writing, translating and speaking.

What you will do:

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners to expand our network and provide them with ongoing support and guidance to optimize their marketing efforts.
• Monitor and evaluate affiliate performance, ensuring they meet predefined KPIs and targets.
• Handle day-to-day engagement and communication with partners.
• Analyze affiliate marketing campaigns and traffic sources to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide affiliates with marketing materials, including banners, landing pages, and other promotional content.
• Educate affiliates on our products, services, and promotional offers to enhance their marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in crypto, online gaming, and affiliate marketing.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, including industry trends and competitor affiliate programs.

What you will bring:

• Prior experience in marketing, ideally affiliate marketing in online industries, is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in reading, writing and spoken Vietnamese is essential.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytical tools to monitor affiliate performance, track KPIs, and make data-driven decisions
• Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.
• A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of digital and affiliate marketing.
• The ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems and find creative solutions to enhance affiliate performance.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Knowledge or experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC and social media can be beneficial for optimizing affiliate marketing strategies.
• Being familiar with graphic design platforms that are used to create social media graphics and marketing banners (such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Creatopy etc.)
• Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Spreadsheets, Docs) as well as Slack and Jira.
