Account Manager - Juice
Trust us, the Juice is worth the squeeze.

That portfolio includes three studios players already know: Twist, Massive and Knucklehead. As our Account Manager at Juice, you own the day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of B2B operator accounts. You are responsible for keeping those operators active, engaged, and growing, ensuring they launch our content, run promotions, and see measurable value from the Juice catalogue.
What you’ll build with us:
This is a hands-on commercial role. You will manage your accounts end-to-end: from onboarding new operators through to running QBRs, coordinating promotional campaigns, and surfacing commercial opportunities. You work closely with the Director on account strategy and with product, compliance, and integrations teams to make sure operators get what they need, when they need it. You are the daily face of Juice to your operators, and the voice of those operators back into the business.
We know that innovation ignites when we build and create together, in person. This is a full-time remote opportunity based in Europe where . You’ll work right where it all happens, surrounded by our fearless crew shipping high-impact work.
Who is Juice?
Juice is a B2B iGaming provider with one audacious goal: to be one of the best game providers in the world. We're not starting from zero. Juice brings together four world-class studios Twist, Massive, Knucklehead and Monstrums, all under one roof, with a catalogue of hundreds of proven titles already loved by millions of players. Each studio keeps its own creative identity; Juice gives operators a single integration, a single commercial relationship, and a unified release pipeline.
What makes us different? A ready-made catalogue. Hundreds of quality games built over years, not a roadmap, a shelf. Game verticals nobody else has. Mystery Boxes, where players win real-world prizes and operators earn higher margins. VOD games, where AI-crafted characters play out real scenarios decided by RNG, a format with nothing like it in the market.
The impact you’ll make:
Account Ownership & Relationship Management
- Own the day-to-day relationship for an assigned portfolio of B2B operator accounts.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for your operators; responsive, informed, and proactive.
- Build strong working relationships with operator counterparts across commercial, marketing, and compliance functions.
- Maintain a deep understanding of each operator's business: their lobby, their players, their priorities, and their competitive position.
Retention & Commercial Growth
- Drive net revenue retention across your portfolio, tracking performance, identifying risks early, and acting before issues escalate.
- Identify and execute upsell opportunities: new titles, verticals, premium features, and exclusive content deals.
- Build and maintain account development plans for each operator, tracking milestones and commercial targets.
- Lead regular account reviews, presenting performance data, surfacing opportunities, and aligning on roadmap priorities.
Promotions & Game Launches
- Coordinate promotional campaigns for your accounts: tournaments, bonus campaigns, featured placements, and seasonal activations.
- Drive timely game launches, ensuring operators have assets, documentation, and go-live support ahead of each release.
- Advise operators on how to position and merchandise Juice content effectively in their lobby.
- Track campaign performance and report results back to operators and internally.
Contract & Commercial Administration
- Support contract renewals and commercial amendments for your accounts, working with the Director and legal team as needed.
- Handle day-to-day commercial queries: fee structures, revenue share, MG tracking, and reporting.
- Ensure contractual commitments are met on both sides; tracking operator obligations and flagging gaps early.
Compliance & Regulatory Coordination
- Be the first point of contact for operators with compliance questions related to our content.
- Flag regulatory changes relevant to your accounts and coordinate responses with product and compliance teams.
- Ensure operators have up-to-date documentation and compliance materials for the markets they operate in.
Your track record:
Must Have
- 3+ years in account management, commercial, or partnerships roles within B2B iGaming, supplier, aggregator, or operator side.
- Solid understanding of how B2B iGaming operators work, how they make decisions, how they evaluate content, and what drives their commercial priorities.
- Proven ability to retain and grow a portfolio of operator accounts.
- Comfortable managing multiple accounts simultaneously without losing detail on any of them.
- Strong communicator, clear and confident in writing, on calls, and in presentations.
- Commercially literate. You understand revenue share structures, MGs, and how to frame value in a deal conversation.
- Organised and self-directed, you manage your own time, prioritise effectively, and follow through without being chased.
Bonus points if you also have:
- Familiarity with regulated market environments (MGA, UKGC, LatAm) and the compliance obligations that come with them.
- Experience coordinating game launches and promotional campaigns with operators.
- Exposure to aggregator platforms (Hub88, EveryMatrix, Relax, etc.) and how distribution relationships work.
- Background working in a fast-scaling B2B content or platform business.
Who You Are
- You take ownership; when an operator has a problem, you find the solution rather than redirecting it elsewhere.
- You're commercially sharp, you can read a deal, spot an opportunity, and frame value without needing a script.
- You're proactive by nature, you don't wait for operators to raise issues, you're already across them.
- You're a clear communicator, operators and internal teams alike know where things stand with you.
- You're organised under pressure, multiple accounts, competing deadlines, and shifting priorities don't faze you.
- You care about the relationship, not just the transaction. Operators trust you because you consistently deliver.
