In the Operations team at EBANX, you don’t just oversee processes. You ensure that every step of our solution runs accurately, efficiently, and reliably, impacting millions of transactions worldwide. As a Delivery Manager, you will orchestrate high-impact integration projects with some of EBANX’s most strategic merchants. You will bridge business and technology, ensuring flawless execution, exceptional customer experience, and seamless collaboration across multiple internal teams while delivering tailored payment solutions.

What your day-to-day will look like

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic integration projects, providing a white-glove experience for key merchants and ensuring successful project execution from kickoff to go-live.
  • Define, document, and manage project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for API and payment integration initiatives.
  • Act as the primary point of coordination between Engineering, Product, Compliance, Tax, Commercial teams, and Merchants, driving alignment and transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Work closely with Solution Architects and technical teams to coordinate API specifications, SDKs, credentials, testing, and custom technical requirements.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, leading governance ceremonies and ensuring timely escalation and mitigation.
  • Coordinate go-live readiness, including monitoring, alerting, validation checklists, and rollout plans, while partnering with Technical Account Managers to ensure post-launch success.
  • Drive continuous improvement by conducting post-project reviews, identifying delivery bottlenecks, and enhancing implementation playbooks, templates, and operational processes.
  • Provide regular portfolio updates and executive-level reporting to internal stakeholders, ensuring visibility into project health, priorities, and business impact.

What you need to shine in this role

  • Proven experience managing complex technical integration, implementation, or product delivery projects in fast-paced technology, fintech, SaaS, or payments environments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing cross-functional teams and engaging with executive-level customers.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, SDKs, system integrations, and technical documentation, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience designing or supporting tailored technical solutions that address customer business needs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and driving solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English, capable of leading international meetings and executive reporting.

Bonus points if you have

  • Experience in the payments, fintech, financial services, or e-commerce industry.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Experience working with enterprise or global merchants in highly complex implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of payment APIs, cross-border payments, or merchant onboarding processes.
  • PMP, Scrum, Agile, or similar project management certifications.
