TurboCell has an exciting opportunity for the Director of Field Service Operations to join our team to lead the Field Service Operations Teams to optimize and scale the organization’s service delivery functions and drive operational excellence to ensure high-quality service is delivered to our customers.  In addition, work directly with the executive leadership team to align service operations with business objectives.

Therefore, the Director of Field Service Operations must be agile and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The right person should be professional, trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work equally as well independently as with a team.

Key Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to:

• Develop, implement, and refine Field Service Operations strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.
• Develop operational KPI’s and implement tools to monitor field service performance.
• Develop annual budgets, manage operational P&L, and drive cost-optimization.
• Lead capacity planning, forecasting, and resource allocation strategies.
• Lead and mentor Field Service Operations Managers to build high-performing, customer focused teams.
• Lead organizational change management for new operational initiatives.
• Drive talent development, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
• Drive initiatives that foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
• Support the development of a new service management platform and partnering with the teams to implement the tool across all required business units.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and technical support to drive alignment and ensure operational readiness.
• Collaborate with executive leadership team to drive alignment with the overall business objectives.
• Travel requirement up to 15% of the time. 

Skills & Requirements

Education / Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Engineering or equivalent work experience.
• +10 years of operations or service leadership, with 5 years in a senior management role.
• Leadership experience in Data Center Operations or large field service operation teams.

Specific Skills / Abilities

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Expert in operational strategy, process improvement, and KPI management.
• Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Proficient in modern service management platforms.
• Demonstrates the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate professionally and clearly.
• Demonstrates the ability to provide and present executive level presentations.
