Project Coordinator

Here at Edge, we are searching for a full-time Industrial Services Sector Project Coordinator to provide departmental support for our Air Quality Management Services and Compliance and Liabilities Management Practices. The focus of the role will be to provide project deliverable support and to assist with the preparation of marketing and presentation materials prior to submission to clients. You will also provide support with scheduling travel to carry out project work and/or to client meetings for consultants, preparing presentations, and writing draft proposals.

Responsibilities

  • Format and prepare project deliverables in coordination with Industrial Services Sector Project Managers.
  • Handle all aspects of air permit public notice process.
  • Prepare draft packages and submittals via on-line systems (e.g., STEERS in Texas).
  • Schedule project travel and client meeting locations.
  • Schedule internal meetings for Sector personnel, such as Knowledge Shares, Professional Development Plan touchpoints, annual reviews).
  • Prepare client-facing and internal presentations.
  • Write draft proposals at the direction of Project Managers and Partners sourced from existing documents and previous proposals.
  • Maintain multiple calendars for management and conference rooms; coordinate, plan, organize meetings, programs and events.
  • Update records, spreadsheets, and databases with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Degree or equivalency required. Associate degree in business administration or related field would be a plus.
  • A self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • 3-5 years previous experience in administration or related fields.
  • Experience in marketing would be advantageous.
