What You’ll Do
As a Talent Partner for Product, Technology & G&A, you’ll be a strategic partner and executional powerhouse, helping Edmentum attract and hire top-tier talent across our most critical functions. You’ll lead full-cycle recruiting efforts across Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and People teams—ensuring every hire is aligned with our mission, values, and growth goals. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, optimize sourcing strategies, and deliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experience that reflects the best of who we are.
In this role you will:
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles, from intake to offer, across Product, Engineering, IT, Legal, Finance, and People teams.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, align sourcing strategies, and calibrate candidate profiles.
- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines using job boards, referrals, campaigns, and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics using our ATS and dashboards, ensuring data integrity and visibility into pipeline health.
- Contribute to employer branding through compelling job postings, candidate communications, and social media engagement.
- Collaborate with HRBPs and Finance to ensure hiring plans align with workforce strategy and organizational goals.
Who You Are
- You have a proven track record of recruiting for both technical and corporate roles.
- You are a trusted partner to hiring managers and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- You have hands-on experience with ATS platforms (like Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (like Gem).
- You are organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple requisitions with confidence.
- You are passionate about inclusive hiring and delivering exceptional candidate experience.
- You use data to inform decisions and continuously improve recruiting performance.
- You bring creativity and energy to employer branding and candidate engagement.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
- You hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
- You bring 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, ideally in tech or education.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
- Only candidates located in Minnesota will be considered for this position, as it will be hybrid-optional.

Pay range for this role:
$100,000 - $130,000 USD
At Edmentum, we are committed to pay transparency. The salary range provided reflects market research, the responsibilities of the role, and alignment with our compensation principles. Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
