
Senior Analyst, Teacher Effectiveness

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Analyst on our Teacher Effectiveness team, you’ll lead strategic data initiatives that shape how we support and elevate educators. You’ll harness the power of advanced analytics, systems integration, and enterprise-level insights to drive instructional quality and student outcomes.
In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional data strategy for educator effectiveness, designing scalable analytics frameworks and driving innovation in instructional data modeling.
- Influence organizational decision-making through strategic storytelling and executive-level reporting.
- Own integration strategy for educator effectiveness systems, including vendor evaluation, API architecture decisions, and long-term scalability planning.
- Develop predictive models and apply machine learning techniques to personalize instructional support and improve educator impact.
- Launch and lead innovation pilots to test new educator enablement metrics and strategies.
- Build intuitive dashboards and self-serve reporting tools that empower instructional leaders with real-time insights.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align educator enablement systems and processes, driving continuous improvement.
- Contribute to enterprise-wide data governance efforts and ensure rigorous documentation of data sources, definitions, and reporting practices.
Who You Are
- You bring 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or education analytics, with a proven track record of delivering strategic insights and scalable solutions.
- You are fluent in Excel, SQL, and at least one programming language (e.g., Python or R), and you are highly proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- You have deep expertise in educator effectiveness frameworks, instructional improvement cycles, and student learning impact metrics.
- You excel at translating complex data into clear, actionable insights and influencing decision-making through executive-level reporting and data storytelling.
- You have led cross-functional data strategy initiatives, designed enterprise-wide analytics frameworks, and contributed to data governance leadership.
- You are experienced in developing and applying predictive models and machine learning techniques to personalize instructional support and improve educator outcomes.
- You have owned systems integration strategy, including vendor evaluation, API architecture, and long-term scalability planning.
- You thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment, are highly adaptable, and energized by solving open-ended problems in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.
- You hold a degree in Education, Statistics, Data Science, or a related quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Pay range for this role:
$100,000 - $120,000 USD

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
