SALARY RANGE: 65,000.00-75,000.00

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, deliver, and manage comprehensive training programs, ensuring employees are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
- Facilitate engaging onboarding experiences for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with organizational objectives.
- Design and develop sustainable training solutions with our subject matter experts (SMEs), using solid instructional design methodology (including adult learning theory, interactive activities, and competency-based evaluations) to ensure training solutions are effective and align with quality and regulatory requirements.
- Produce and revise training materials to keep course materials current and match organizational needs; designing completion tracks for role retention and upskill management.
- Keep abreast of the latest commercial learning practices, industry trends and best practices to identify, develop and deliver high-impact programs via VILT, ILT, and asynchronous modalities.
- Develop, define, and report on program health and success metrics, including learning effectiveness metrics and retention measurement.
- Oversee the maintenance and optimization of LMS based knowledge repositories, ensuring content is relevant, up-to-date, and accessible to all teams.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years’ experience in the dental industry, including at least 2 years managing dental training or sales training programs.
- 5+ years’ experience as a Dental Hygienist, Dental Assistant, or Office Manager lead and trainer Highly Preferred
- Subject-matter expertise in dental program management, eLearning design and development, LMS systems and the corresponding tools.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish and maintain productive, trust-based, and effective relationships with a wide array of individuals across diverse groups.
- Effective and dynamic communicator and facilitator, particularly in using adult learning and interactive methods.
- Ability to develop and deliver effective presentations to varying groups and sizes.
- Ability to express ideas and convey information effectively and professionally in verbal and written communications.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong graphic/visual design skills for content creation
- Strong technical and creative writing skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills with clear experience focusing under pressure.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
- Monthly travel to reinforce training will vary depending on needs.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prompt and regular attendance at assigned work location and/or to work remotely or hybrid.
- Ability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
- Requires eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity sufficient to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment.
- No heavy lifting is expected, though occasional exertion of about 20 lbs. of force (e.g., lifting a computer / laptop) may be required.
- Ability to interact with leadership, employees, and members in an appropriate manner.
