Job Description:
Our Sales Operations, Senior Associate will play a key role in driving sales efficiency and execution, supporting critical revenue operations across the full sales funnel—from lead generation to contract close. This remote position is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive professional who excels in both independent and collaborative work. The role involves analysing performance data, optimizing sales processes, enabling cross-functional collaboration, and supporting strategic decision-making that accelerates growth.
Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Ops. & Enablement, the Sales Operations, Senior Associate will directly support Elite’s sales team and vital sales processes across the business. The role calls for an individual with initiative who is detail-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced tech environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with sales leadership to manage and execute operational roadmaps and strategic initiatives that support revenue growth
- Support the day-to-day delivery of Sales Operations functions, including forecast and pipeline management, territory and account planning, and CRM hygiene
- Analyze business performance and track key metrics (quota attainment, pipeline coverage, win rates, deal velocity, etc.)—and turn those insights into recommendations
- Build internal reports and dashboards that surface critical insights across the sales funnel
- Create high-impact materials for internal stakeholders, including executive and board-level reporting
- Own the accuracy of Salesforce data and reporting tools to ensure clean, actionable insights
- Contribute and/or own sales enablement efforts, including building playbooks, onboarding materials, and internal process documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Product, and Customer Success to align on planning, performance, and process improvements
- Drive projects from strategy to execution, ensuring milestones and timelines are met
- Identify inefficiencies and work proactively to improve systems, workflows, and processes
- Support training and change management efforts to ensure adoption of new tools, processes, and GTM motions
- Perform other ad-hoc reports or duties as assigned to support the overall goals and objectives of the department/company
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations, consulting, business operations, finance, or a related function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven recommendations
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; comfort with Microsoft Office overall
- Experience working with Salesforce
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills—clear, concise, and confident with stakeholders at all levels
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines under pressure
- Demonstrated success working cross-functionally across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other departments
- A love of process, project execution, and continuous learning
- A strategic mindset paired with the willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute on the details
