The Position:
This position supports demand generation and brand awareness activities in the healthcare space. It is best suited for individuals interested in expanding their basic marketing skillsets in an innovative and fast-paced environment while driving improvements in today’s healthcare operations. Responsibilities include lead generation, including RFP responses, and downstream marketing activities such as managing events, social media posts, and digital content creation. This is a roll up your sleeves and get it done position with the opportunity to expand (or refine) your commercial skills and grow professionally by taking on new responsibilities.
Must Haves:
- 2+ years of B2B marketing experience, inclusive of CRM management, social media, and event management in a healthcare environment.
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business, or Healthcare.
- Proven track record executing innovative and multi-part events and demand generation programs.
- Experience building, launching, and reporting on campaigns, including the ability to track, measure, and report monthly and quarterly business results.
- Ability to develop, manage, and maintain multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
- Driven self-starter who can be trusted to do meaningful work while focusing on the bigger picture of sales team efficiency and effectiveness.
- Understanding of both traditional and digital channels, creativity, and market feel.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Keen interest in technology and healthcare.
Nice to Haves:
- Writing, editing, and digital content creation
- Background in brand management
- Market research experience business development, partner management and/or basic sales experience
- Experience responding to RFPs
- Strong understanding of how to use inbound marketing and content marketing to generate more qualified leads
- Familiarity with the technical sales cycle and how to employ marketing communication strategies to nurture leads, drive adoption, and accelerate growth
