We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead the end-to-end delivery of impactful features and products. In this role, you will own the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate across teams to deliver solutions that meet customer needs while navigating technical and resource constraints. You will act as the bridge between customers, product design, engineering, and go-to-market teams, ensuring that every feature delivers value and aligns with our strategic objectives.

The impact you will have:

  • Define and prioritize the product roadmap based on customer impact, technical feasibility, dependencies, and resource availability.
  • Translate customer needs and feedback into detailed product specifications, breaking down epics into actionable user stories.
  • Collaborate with Product Design and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive, user-centric solutions while managing development milestones.
  • Drive end-to-end feature delivery, from ideation through testing, quality assurance, and post-launch analysis.
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful product launches, including demos, marketing collateral, and customer enablement.
  • Monitor product performance, gather insights, and iterate to continuously improve customer satisfaction and usage metrics.
  • Stay informed about customer workflows, market trends, and competitive landscapes to influence product strategy.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS startup environments.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills to write clear product specs and transform product visions into actionable user stories.
  • Proven ability to collaborate across functions, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-impact solutions.
  • Analytical mindset to measure product impact, leverage data insights, and refine strategies.
  • Basic technical knowledge to scope features, manage dependencies, and ensure feasibility.
  • Customer-focused with empathy and active listening skills to understand personas, workflows, and pain points.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

About the Team:

  • The Product Management team is composed of experienced PMs who have shown a strong track record of success at early stage startups
  • We don’t mind getting in the weeds and executing ourselves while we scale
  • We are continuing to build out the team and add more A-players to push us in new directions, bringing creativity and grit
  • We’re not a very hierarchical organization, so there’s still an expectation that everyone on the team can and will dive in wherever is needed

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
