The Role: We're looking for a Mobile Developer passionate about crafting beautiful, high-performance native mobile experiences. You'll work at the intersection of design and engineering, turning ideas into seamless, production-ready apps that reach millions of users. As part of our fast-moving mobile team, you'll collaborate with world-class engineers, designers, and product thinkers to build, ship, and scale apps that redefine what's possible on mobile.

What You'll Do:

• Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications using Flutter or React Native
• Build native integrations for Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) when needed
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams to create smooth, pixel-perfect user experiences
• Ensure app performance, scalability, and responsiveness across devices
• Implement clean architecture, reusable components, and efficient state management
• Work with RESTful APIs, Firebase, and third-party SDKs
• Participate in code reviews, sprints, and architectural discussions
• Stay on top of new technologies and best practices in Flutter and native development

Who You Are:

• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in mobile app development, with strong Flutter or React Native expertise
• Solid understanding of Dart, Flutter widgets, and state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience with native Android (Kotlin/Java) or iOS (Swift/Objective-C) development
• Strong grasp of UI/UX best practices for mobile
• Familiarity with Firebase, Push Notifications, and App Store/Play Store release processes
• Proficient with Git and modern CI/CD tools
• Passionate about performance, code quality, and great user experiences
• A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced, product-driven environment
