We're looking for highly driven Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) who enjoy solving complex problems, working closely with customers, and turning real-world challenges into scalable solutions.

What You'll Do

• Work directly with customers across the US and Europe to understand their technical and business challenges.
• Build, customise, and deploy solutions using Emergent's AI-powered platform.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate on production-grade applications.
• Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to drive customer outcomes.
• Identify recurring customer problems and turn them into scalable product and process improvements.
• Own projects end-to-end, from understanding requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Work in a fast-paced environment where speed, ownership, and problem-solving are highly valued.

What We're Looking For

• Strong software engineering or technical problem-solving experience.
• Experience building and deploying web applications or software products.
• Comfortable working with APIs, databases, debugging, and integrations.
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and work across the stack.
• Strong understanding of software development fundamentals.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.
• Ability to move quickly, experiment, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Experience with AI/LLM-based tools is a plus.

Customer Coverage

• This role involves working closely with US and European customers.
• Flexibility to work in shifts aligned with US and European time zones is required.
