The Role: We're looking for a high-ownership, execution-focused Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expansion across enterprise accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, understands complex sales cycles, and can translate emerging technology into real business outcomes.
What You'll Do:
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure across enterprise accounts
- Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within target accounts
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including CXOs, product leaders, and operations heads
- Understand customer workflows, challenges, and strategic priorities, and map them to Emergent's capabilities
- Drive consultative conversations focused on outcomes, not just product features
- Run tailored demos, use-case discussions, and solution walkthroughs aligned to client needs
- Collaborate closely with SDRs, product teams, and leadership to drive deal progression and closures
- Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound efforts and strategic account planning
- Own deal strategy, negotiation, and closure with a focus on high-quality revenue
What We're Looking For:
- 3 to 6 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in enterprise or mid-market segments
- Strong hunter mindset with proven ability to generate and close new business
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to sell into product, engineering, operations, or business teams
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technology
- High ownership, urgency, and ability to operate in ambiguity
- Prior exposure to AI, automation, or developer tools is a plus
