JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Solutions Analyst, Finance & Accounting to support and optimize financial systems, reporting, and operational processes. This role sits at the intersection of Finance, Accounting, and Technology, ensuring that financial workflows, system integrations, and reporting structures are accurate, scalable, and efficient.
The ideal candidate combines strong accounting knowledge with analytical and technical skills and is comfortable translating finance requirements into system enhancements and process improvements.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with Accounting leadership to evaluate and improve financial workflows (AP, AR, payroll, revenue recognition, close process).
- Translate accounting and reporting requirements into system configurations and technical specifications.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve controls.
- Support implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems.
- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to support FP&A, accounting, and operational teams.
- Ensure data integrity across financial systems and reporting tools.
- Perform root cause analysis on discrepancies and reporting variances.
- Manage and support integrations between ERP, billing, payroll, CRM, and other business systems.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to resolve system issues.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, and new tool implementations.
- Maintain documentation for financial systems, workflows, and controls.
- Ensure processes align with GAAP and company policies.
- Assist with documentation required for audits and regulatory reporting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in accounting, finance operations, financial systems, or solutions analysis.
- Strong understanding of core accounting principles (GAAP).
- Experience working with ERP systems (NetSuite, Workday, Sage, SAP, Oracle, etc.).
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including query optimization and relational database concepts.
- Experience with scripting or coding languages (e.g., Python, R, or similar) preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate finance requirements into technical solutions.
