Superior Fence & Rail is a fence industry leader seeking an experienced, full-time Operations Specialist- Scheduling for immediate hire. Typical work hours are from 8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday. Superior provides full benefits, including Medical, 401k with company match and paid time off. **Please note that all offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing drug testing and background check.
Job Responsibilities:
- Determine if Homeowners Association (HOA) approval or permit is required
- Prepare and file permits with various municipalities
- Submit/Track HOA and Permit approvals
- Make outbound calls to schedule installations
- Use industry specific software (CSF) to produce materials list
- Provide excellent customer service and clear communication of install updates to customers
- Develop expertise in product knowledge, technical knowledge, industry and process knowledge in relevant product areas
- Perform data entry as needed
- Track the status of open installation jobs
- Research property records via tax collector website
- Submit utility locales via irthnet website
- Assist operations personnel as needed
- Interacts with clients and co-workers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
- One (1) year using scheduling/invoice software
- Possess Valid FL DL
- Pass background check (no felonies or sex offenses)
- Pass drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing and computer skills
The Superior candidate will be:
- A self-starter with an experienced office background
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask
- Skilled in verbal and written communications
- Professional phone and customer service skills
- Exceedingly positive in his/her work attitude
- Experienced with Google Apps, Microsoft Office, and QuickBooks
