Marketing Technology Associate (Hybrid)

About the Role:
As the Marketing Technology Associate, you will support the management and optimization of marketing technology and data systems that enable a unified view of the customer across channels. Working closely with marketing, analytics, and engineering teams, you will help maintain tools such as Customer Data Platforms, web analytics platforms, tag management systems, experimentation tools, and messaging platforms, ensuring accurate tracking, reliable data flows, and seamless integrations. Leveraging Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), you will help transform complex and fragmented data into actionable insights that support marketing performance, business growth, and improved customer experiences. You will also contribute to AI-driven marketing initiatives, helping the team stay at the forefront of AI adoption in marketing analytics, personalization, and experimentation, while maintaining high data quality and enabling more data-driven customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage customer data workflows within the Real-Time CDP.
- Support Optimizely Web experiments including page setup, event creation, metric configuration, and Adobe Analytics integration
- Ensure proper implementation and maintenance of consent management platform (Osano), including monitoring new cookies and assisting with classification workflows
- Provide technical support for Email/SMS platforms (Responsys, SFMC), ensuring data feeds, automations, and integrations function properly
- Maintain vendor measurement in integrations and ensure inbound and outbound data parity across platforms
- Manage and administer web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Hotjar), including user permissions, event tracking, and data validation
- Configure and manage Tag Management Systems , including implementation of third-party scripts and tracking pixels
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing technology, product ownership, or digital marketing roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with relevant platforms (e.g., SFMC,Responsys,Data360, Optimizely).
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools.
- Experience troubleshooting integrations and resolving data inconsistencies
- Experience working cross-functionally in Agile environments
