Position Description
ENSCO, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts and Procurement (C&P) Division. This is a strategic role supporting our Surface Transportation Group (STG), with a primary focus on contracts with the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and other Federal civilian agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preparation and submission of compliant, compelling, and timely proposal responses, including management and cost/price volumes, in accordance with Government RFP requirements.
- Serve as a primary point of contact with Contracting Officers and Acquisition personnel to ensure effective and professional communication throughout all phases of the contract lifecycle.
- Manage and monitor payment milestones, ensuring timely invoicing and revenue recognition.
- Proactively identify and resolve funding, performance, or contractual issues to mitigate risk and maintain project momentum.
- Oversee and execute contract modifications, change orders, and administrative actions to support dynamic program requirements.
- Maintain complete and organized contractual files in accordance with internal controls and federal regulations.
- Ensure compliance with ENSCO policies and Government requirements, including FAR/DFARS, agency supplements, and socioeconomic initiatives.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on contract terms, conditions, and best practices in federal acquisition strategy.
- Support audits, reviews, and risk management initiatives as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the C&P Division and the broader STG mission.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent) and a minimum of 7 years directly related experience required.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), with a strong background in non-DoD civilian agency contracting (DOT experience highly preferred).
- Demonstrated experience with a wide variety of contract types, including FFP, Cost Reimbursement, T&M, ID/IQ, and Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs). Both from the proposal and execution point of view.
- Experience drafting and submitting Limitation of Cost/Funding notifications, understanding Government Property requirements and Data Rights.
- Proven success in contract administration, proposal development, and customer engagement in a government contractor environment.
- Ability to interpret and negotiate complex contract terms and ensure risk is appropriately assessed and mitigated.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent ability to use Microsoft Office Suite. (Outlook, Excel, Word at minimum)
- Ability to work on site (either Transportation Technology Center in Pueblo, CO or Vienna, VA) three days per week.

Salary Range
$90,000 - $130,000 USD
