The Role
As a Digital Partnerships Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth through our fintech and banking platform partners. This early-career role is ideal for a motivated, coachable, and entrepreneurial salesperson eager to build expertise in technology sales and partnerships. You will work closely with our Digital Partnerships team to engage new clients, educate them on Entersekt’s solutions, and support deal execution through our key partners, such as Q2.
Responsibilities
- Partner Engagement: Build strong working relationships with Digital Partnership teams (e.g., Q2), aligning on strategy and lead generation.
- Sales Execution: Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within our partner ecosystem.
- Lead Management: Manage inbound partner referrals and outbound prospecting within the partner’s network.
- Solution Selling: Develop a deep understanding of Entersekt’s authentication and security solutions to position value to financial institutions.
- Pipeline Development: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, to support go-to-market efforts.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and partner innovations to refine sales strategy.
Skills and Experience
Successful candidates for this role will generally possess the following qualifications and skills:
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably in fintech, SaaS, or enterprise technology.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex solutions effectively.
- Ability to navigate and influence stakeholders within partner organizations and financial institutions.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
