Your mission

As Intern Digital Strategy & Business Development you play an important role in ensuring our company's strategy is executed effectively, and our goals are met. You will also be responsible for conducting business development research to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to the company's success, and develop your skills in strategic planning and execution. You are an active part of our Strategy & Biz Ops Team and reflect the culture and strategy of Eurowings Digitals organization while combining our agile working mode with corporate requirements.

Your tasks

•    You gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies for business development.
•    You contribute to strategic planning by collecting and analyzing relevant data to identify trends, opportunities and threats.
•    You support the development and refinement of our goals, enabling the implementation of our company's strategic direction.
•    You support the implementation of strategic initiatives when needed, ensuring they can reach the agreed requirements and quality standards.
•    You support the team with administrative and communication activities as needed.

Your profile

•    You are a university student in business, economics, or a related field.
•    You have strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
•    You are comfortable working in changing business environments and adjusting plans as needed.
•    You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy collaborating with colleagues across all levels within diverse teams.
•    You can communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
•    You have great organizational skills and knowledge of project management processes.
•    You are highly motivated with a strong commitment to achieving results.
