Position Overview: 

The Entry-Level IT Professional will support the day-to-day technology needs of our organization, including system setup, troubleshooting, and user support. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational IT knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to expand their expertise in enterprise systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide first-line technical support to employees (hardware, software, network, and account issues)
  • Assist with new hire setups, including device provisioning, account creation, and access management
  • Manage user access and security permissions in alignment with compliance policies
  • Provide advanced support, ensuring issues are not only resolved but also analyzed for root cause and long-term remediation
  • Support and maintain company hardware and software assets
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools
  • Analyze user requirements and recommend system configurations to improve efficiency
  • Document processes, common issues, and solutions to improve team knowledge base
  • Participate in IT projects related to system upgrades, security, and integrations
 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 0–2 years of professional IT experience (internships or helpdesk experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with Windows, macOS, and common productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud tools
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Expected Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for a new hire into this position is $65,000 – $80,000. In compliance with local law, the range above reflects the current hiring range for this position. EverPass takes into consideration the qualifications, skills, and experience of the candidate, expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment when determining the salary level for potential new employees. EverPass expects to hire for this position at the mid-range salary, with the possibility of considering a higher salary only in rare cases when EverPass determines an external candidate possesses exceptional qualifications significantly exceeding the job requirements.
