About the role

The SVP, Enterprise Architecture & Strategy will lead our future-state technology vision. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, ensuring every technology investment directly drives growth, scalability, and enterprise value.

As a key member of the technology leadership team,  this role  will own the design of our business, data, and technology ecosystems, transforming technical debt into long-term digital advantage.

This is a high-impact role for a leader who can connect vision to execution, challenge the status quo, and build the architectural foundation for Everway’s next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set the Technology North Star: Translate 3–5 year business goals into a clear, outcome-driven architecture roadmap
  • Lead Enterprise Architecture: Own end-to-end architecture across systems, driving standardization, scalability, and reduced complexity
  • Drive M&A Integration: Lead technical due diligence and ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses
  • Modernize Core Systems: Reduce technical debt and lead cloud/data platform evolution (e.g., Databricks, lakehouse architecture)
  • Enable Data & AI Strategy: Partner with Data teams to support “data as a product” and AI/ML readiness
  • Embed Governance & Security: Establish scalable architecture governance and embed security-by-design principles
  • Influence at Executive Level: Partner across Finance, Product, and Operations; translate complex architecture into clear business value
  • Build & Lead Architecture Capability: Develop high-performing architecture teams and guide enterprise-wide innovation

Essential criteria

  • 5+ years in senior technology leadership, including enterprise architecture or large-scale transformation roles
  • Proven experience defining and delivering enterprise-wide architecture strategy aligned to business outcomes
  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem (CRM/CX) and enterprise data/AI platforms
  • Strong expertise in data platforms and cloud ecosystems (e.g., Databricks, lakehouse architecture)
  • Experience leading M&A technical due diligence and integration
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical debt, modernization, and large-scale system transformation
  • Strong financial acumen, including building business cases based on TCO and ROI
  • Experience influencing and partnering with C-suite and board-level stakeholders

Desirable criteria

  • Background in AI/ML strategy enablement and emerging technologies 
  • Experience establishing architecture governance frameworks and review boards
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor senior architects
