
Software Engineer (Camunda)
We are seeking a Camunda Developer to join our Financial Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining workflow automation solutions using Camunda BPM, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient systems.

What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and implement process workflows using Camunda BPM
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical workflows
- Develop integrations between Camunda and other enterprise applications
- Write and optimize Java-based services supporting BPM workflows
- Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of workflow solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement
What You Bring
- Strong experience in Camunda BPM development and customization
- Proficiency in Java development (Java 8+)
- Knowledge of BPMN, DMN, and CMMN standards
- Experience integrating Camunda with REST APIs and messaging systems
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of software engineering best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Knowledge of microservices architectures
- Background in financial services or fintech
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools
English level
