About the Client

What You’ll Do

• Design, implement, and maintain data architecture across cloud and on-premise platforms using technologies such as Snowflake, dbt, SQL, SAP BW, and AWS S3
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using tools such as Informatica, Talend, Attunity, and WebMethods
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business teams to ensure data availability, usability, and governance
• Define and enforce best practices in data modeling tools, version control (GitHub), and CI/CD workflows
• Integrate complex enterprise data sources, including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft BizTalk Server, and REST APIs
• Drive improvements in data quality, metadata management, and lineage tracking through tools such as Alation
• Ensure data security and regulatory compliance in partnership with information security teams
• Participate in the evaluation and implementation of emerging data technologies and tools

What You Bring

• 6+ years in data engineering roles, including experience in leading technical teams
• Knowledge of DBT, data integration frameworks, Power BI, or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Background in the energy, engineering, or manufacturing sectors
• Proficiency in cloud-based data architecture and pipeline orchestration
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and metadata management
