What You’ll Do
- Perform quality control checks for publication materials and documentation governance
- Execute structured data validation, onboarding checks, and data quality reviews
- Support controls and assurance activities, including evidence gathering and compliance testing
- Conduct rule-based privacy and compliance reviews with defined escalation paths
- Maintain SOPs, checklists, and governance artifacts across tracked workflows
- Document findings, escalate exceptions to Tier-3 subject matter experts, and support process enhancements
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems, compliance, communications, or a related field
- 3–5 years of direct experience in privacy, compliance, governance, data quality control, or publication operations
- Demonstrated ability to perform structured reviews using defined criteria or rule sets
- Strong documentation discipline and experience working in regulated or high-accuracy environments
- Adaptability to support multiple governance specialization tracks based on workload needs
- High proficiency in English with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with onshore leads and internal stakeholders
- Ability and availability to work onsite five days a week at one of Exadel’s secure locations
Nice to Have
- Relevant certifications such as IAPP (AIGP, CIPT, CIPM), DAMA CDMP, or equivalent
