The VIP Marketing Manager plays a key role on the Retention & Loyalty team. Enthusiastic and analytical, he or she has the know-how to identify, target, and influence user behavior to increase user retention and profitability. Reporting to the Head of VIP Marketing, he or she will manage the promotional strategy, execution,n and development of the VIP customer proposition.
WHAT YOU WILL DO EVERY DAY
- Develop and lead VIP marketing strategies to drive retention and engagement of high-value customers.
- Plan and execute loyalty strategies that support brand retention and enhance customer engagement.
- Oversee special projects aimed at improving the profitability of active VIP and hosted customer segments.
- Manage the brands’ VIP program, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement short- and long-term retention marketing strategies.
- Work with retention marketing specialists to enhance the onboarding and offboarding experiences for high-value customers, driving KPI improvements.
- Oversee and manage various budgets, ensuring adherence to financial plans
- Communicate campaign performance, metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders;
- Define and support the personalization of the customer experience across online and offline channels.
- Conduct needs assessments, align stakeholders, and develop measurable resource and process improvements.
- Manage internal resources to ensure timely, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of scope deliverables.
- Produce detailed proposals, reports, and process documentation to support marketing efforts.
- Conduct audits (technology, content, process) and gather stakeholder feedback to inform strategic decisions.
- Identify opportunities to improve and develop VIP lifecycle campaigns and present recommendations to leadership.
- Coordinate project responsibilities, allocate tasks, and prioritize workloads across the team.
- Ensure that marketing campaigns, creative briefs, and strategic documents align with business objectives, target audiences, and ROI goals.
- Prepare summary reports and post-campaign analyses, leveraging Business Intelligence insights to derive key takeaways.
- Develop and implement models for the early detection of high-value users.
WHAT QUALIFIES YOU TO JOIN US ON OUR MISSION
- 3–5 years of experience in retention marketing, customer lifecycle management, and VIP marketing strategies
- Proven track record in implementing and managing digital marketing programs in a multi-channel environment
- Strong knowledge of VIP marketing best practices, including testing strategies across channels, designing and analyzing contact strategies, automation tools/techniques, and optimizing the customer experience. Demonstrated success with data-driven marketing, A/B and multivariate testing, and analytics
- Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing tools to achieve measurable results
- Advanced MS Office proficiency, particularly in Excel
- Excellent ability to interpret, analyze, and present data and results (both written and verbal) in an engaging and impactful manner for stakeholders. Ability to produce high-quality reports, proposals, and analyses.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mobilize cross-functional teams in complex organizations
- Exceptional negotiation, influence, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel 15–20% as needed
