UX Growth Designer
Role Highlights
Are you a UX Designer with a focus on Growth, who thrives at the intersection of conversion craft, experimentation, and business impact?
Our team designs experiences that engage, convert, and retain users while advancing our mission to make the internet more private and secure. Guided by data, behavioural insight, and cross-functional collaboration, we craft performance-focused user journeys across web, in-product monetization surfaces, and emerging AI-powered channels. We are never satisfied with the status quo.
As the UX Growth Designer, you will own the conversion-critical touchpoints that sit between a user's first impression and their decision to subscribe — bringing strong craft and CRO thinking to monetization challenges, building frameworks that enable rapid experimentation, and working closely with product, marketing, engineering, and data teams to turn user understanding into confident purchase decisions.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end conversion-driven design: Create and optimize consumer-facing monetization surfaces: pricing pages, subscription flows, upgrade prompts, paywalls, and checkout experiences.
- Own top-of-funnel and conversion-critical touchpoints: landing pages, onboarding flows, and campaign experiments — with a focus on measurable performance outcomes.
- Design and execute A/B tests: Develop hypotheses, create test variants, and analyze performance to validate UX and conversion insights.
- Build and evolve design frameworks and templates that enable rapid, consistent experimentation across web and in-product channels.
- Create well-converting user experiences for the web: Apply strong understanding of visual hierarchy, information architecture, and consumer psychology to design seamless user journeys.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product, marketing, engineering, data, affiliate, and content teams to align design solutions with both user needs and business objectives.
- Understand our users and competitors: Maintain a deep understanding of our customers’ motivations and market context to inform design decisions that balance user experience with commercial goals.
- Produce high-quality UX deliverables: Create detailed mockups, flows, and presentations to communicate design intent and secure stakeholder alignment.
- Manage and evolve the design system: Ensure design consistency across components, tokens, and documentation, while supporting requests from the broader design and development teams.
- Continuously improve the website experience: Translate consumer behaviour data, pricing analytics, and usability research into design solutions that reduce friction and drive confident purchase decisions.
- Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, personalization, and experiment validation — and help establish best practices across the team.
