Impact
As the Manager for Custody GTM, you will be responsible for the overall business outcomes of the FalconX Custody product, including the performance of the product in the market as well as introductions of new enablements and services related to Custody. You will play a key role in driving the growth and market expansion of our Custodial services. By spearheading cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, product strategy and customer success teams, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure the successful launch, adoption, and revenue growth of our expanding Custody product. Your ability to develop compelling market strategies and optimize product positioning will be crucial to achieving the company’s strategic goals and strengthen FalconX’s position as a leader in digital assets. Additionally, you will work closely with clients post-sales to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and identify opportunities for deeper partnerships and future needs.
You Will:
- Develop a long-term strategic roadmap for the Custody product, aligning it with the company's 5-year vision
- Collaborate in cross-strategic initiatives that emphasize the synergy of Custody with other Prime Brokerage services, such as FalconX’s Prime Connect product
- Develop and execute thorough go-to-market strategies to drive the launch, adoption, and growth of FalconX Custody
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients, responding to their needs and relaying important feedback to the team
- Engage with clients post-sales to ensure their ongoing satisfaction, address their evolving needs, and foster long-term partnerships
- Define differentiated product positioning that resonates with our customer segments and drive effective sales enablement to meet revenue targets
- Measure your success through business-level key performance metrics, including direct revenue, indirect revenue, client acquisition, retention, and AUM
You Have:
- 5+ years in strategic, business-related roles
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products or services, preferably in a B2B or financial services environment
- Experience in Institutional Digital Assets Custody with a focus on strategy, client acquisition, and business outcomes
- Deep knowledge of Digital Assets Custody, with a strong understanding of current product landscape, competitive offerings, regulatory environment, industry trends, and gaps
- Experience in developing long-term strategic roadmaps and aligning them with organizational goals
- Highly strategic mindset with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Extremely high sense of urgency with a get-things-done attitude while instilling quality
- Self-starter with a track record of balancing multiple projects simultaneously
- Concise, influential, and authentic communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to manage and resolve complex problems that span multiple workstreams and departments
Compensation:
Base pay for this role is expected to be between $177,000 - $312,000 USD. This expected base pay range is based on information at the time this post was generated. This role will also be eligible for other forms of compensation such as a performance linked bonus, equity, and a competitive benefits package. Actual compensation for a successful candidate will be determined based on a number of factors such as skillset, experience, and qualifications.
