- Collaborate with internal and external business partners — including vendors and contractors — to coordinate and manage facility support, capital projects, and equipment needs.
- Partner with Operations Leadership as the subject matter expert in facilities, providing recommendations on equipment availability, safety, and site improvements.
People Leadership:
- Lead the Facilities team through daily assignments, performance evaluations, auditing, training, and recommendations for promotions and Performance Improvement Plans.

- Own the full hiring, onboarding, training, and development lifecycle for site Facilities Technicians.
Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)
- Maximize site uptime and operational reliability so fulfillment operations run without interruption, directly supporting on-time delivery and the fan experience.
- Maintain housekeeping and grounds standards that create a safe, professional environment for associates and visitors alike.
- Ensure Work Orders, Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, and Records Retention are completed in accordance with company procedures and standards, sustaining consistent operational quality.
- Support capital projects by collaborating with Operations on site needs, planning, budgeting, and execution to continuously improve the facility's capability to serve fans.
Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical systems using technical drawings — including blueprints and electrical/mechanical schematics — and diagnostic tools to identify and resolve complex issues.
- Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Motor Control equipment including Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Soft Starts, Servo Drives, and all Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanical, and Digital equipment.
- Analyze operational trends in partnership with the Operations Team to proactively identify and address facilities-related opportunities before they impact production.
