As we continue to scale our global platform, the Warehouse Associate will play a critical role in leading warehouse operations to deliver the ultimate game day fan experience.

ROLE OVERVIEW
The Warehouse Associate is a part-time, critical contributor to store and venue operations, supporting the Management Team in creating seamless game day and shopping experiences for fans by owning the warehouse function end to end. Working a rotating schedule that includes days, nights, and weekends, this role drives results through effective inventory management, team communication, and operational execution. The Warehouse Associate delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

• Deliver timely, constructive feedback to associates based on observed job performance and knowledge of the work environment, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

• Support the store team by ensuring all store orders are pulled within required timelines, enabling a stocked and fan-ready sales floor on game days and during events.

• Coordinate delivery schedules with management to ensure merchandise arrives and is processed without disrupting the fan experience.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized warehouse environment that reflects the standards fans expect from a world-class sports retail operation.

• Represent Fanatics, League, and Team values on the floor and in every fan-facing interaction, reinforcing the brand's commitment to the ultimate game day experience.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

• Anticipate and proactively solve operational problems in the warehouse, acting decisively and persisting through obstacles to keep the operation moving.

• Identify opportunities to improve inventory flow, tagging, and restocking processes that reduce friction and increase speed to fan.

• Ensure OSHA compliance and a safe working environment by staying current on standards and applying sound judgment to day-to-day conditions.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

• Oversee the entire inventory life cycle — including processing transfers, tagging incoming merchandise, and restocking — with accuracy, timeliness, and safety as non-negotiables.

• Execute all inventory control procedures as required, ensuring no step in the process is missed or shortcuts taken.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and responsibly in a fast-paced environment, including extended hours on game days and during events.

• Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required, bringing a flexible, team-first attitude to every shift.

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING
Required Qualifications:

• Proven ability to execute assignments in an accurate, timely, and safe manner in a fast-paced retail or warehouse environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management and build productive team partnerships.

• Ability to anticipate and solve problems, act decisively, and persist in the face of obstacles.

• Clean driving record and a valid state motor vehicle operator's license may be required depending on assigned location.

• Forklift certification per OSHA standard is a plus.

• Availability to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and extended hours on game days and during events.

• Possession of a fun, outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor that reflects Fanatics, League, and Team values and standards.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required.

The salary range represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. $16.83 - $20.44 USD
