ROLE OVERVIEW

Fanatics Brands is building the next generation of Product Creation capabilities spanning PLM, 3D digital product creation, AI, automation, and connected business workflows — reshaping how teams design, develop, source, cost, visualize, and bring products to market. The Senior Product Manager – Product Creation Technology will serve as a senior product leader for the Product Creation domain, partnering with business, engineering, architecture, and data teams to translate complex workflows into a scalable, integrated technology ecosystem with a near-term focus on enterprise PLM implementation and adoption. The Senior Product Manager – Product Creation Technology delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

HOW WILL YOU DRIVE IMPACT

Success is measured by the ability to deliver results through BOLD capabilities and measurable outcomes.

Team & Leadership Impact (Build Championship Teams)

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Partner with Product Development, Merchandising, Sourcing, Materials, Product Integrity, Design, Operations, Engineering, Data, and other teams to align on requirements, dependencies, and delivery milestones across a complex, multi-function Product Creation transformation.
  • Drive clarity across programs involving multiple business functions, engineering teams, vendors, data teams, and technology platforms — communicating product direction and complex decisions clearly to technical teams, business stakeholders, senior leaders, and executive audiences.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, from discovery and requirements through configuration, integration, testing, adoption, and launch, ensuring all functions remain aligned on priorities and measurable outcomes.

People Leadership:

  • Mentor and model strong product craft across the Product Creation technology team, setting a high bar for requirements quality, technical fluency, stakeholder communication, and outcome orientation.
  • Build collaborative relationships across engineering, architecture, data, and business teams that enable rapid problem-solving, confident decision-making, and sustainable delivery at scale.

Fan & Customer Impact (Obsessed with Fans)

  • Represent the voice of Product Creation users — understanding how designers, developers, sourcing teams, and operations teams work — and translate those needs into technology solutions that simplify and accelerate product creation.
  • Drive improvements in data quality, workflow efficiency, and speed to market so that the right products reach fans faster and with greater accuracy.
  • Help connect PLM, 3D, product data, and digital assets into an integrated ecosystem that enables teams to deliver on-time, high-quality licensed merchandise at scale.
  • Ensure new capabilities meaningfully reduce manual effort and improve the day-to-day experience of the teams responsible for creating and commercializing Fanatics products.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Identify high-value opportunities where AI and automation can meaningfully improve Product Creation workflows, decision-making, speed, accuracy, and user experience — then partner with business and technology teams to rapidly translate those opportunities into prototypes and production-ready capabilities.
  • Create and support new AI-enabled solutions using Claude and other emerging AI capabilities based on real business needs and measurable outcomes.
  • Support the continued evolution and adoption of 3D and digital product creation capabilities, helping connect 3D workflows with PLM, product data, digital assets, and AI-enabled tooling as the broader ecosystem evolves.
  • Maintain a connected roadmap across PLM, 3D, AI, automation, and adjacent Product Creation technologies — proactively identifying opportunities to simplify, modernize, and future-proof the platform.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Own the full PLM transformation product lifecycle — rapidly developing deep understanding of existing systems, architecture, data, integrations, and business logic, and using that knowledge to sequence the responsible sunset of legacy capabilities as new platforms are proven and critical data is protected.
  • Translate complex or ambiguous business challenges into clear product opportunities, requirements, process flows, data requirements, configuration decisions, acceptance criteria, and prioritized delivery plans.
  • Operate independently in environments where the problem, solution, dependencies, or path forward may not yet be fully defined — exercising strong product judgment to move work forward without waiting for perfect clarity.
  • Establish clear outcomes, milestones, dependencies, and measures of success for every product initiative, and hold yourself and your partners accountable to them through to launch and adoption.

AI & DIGITAL CAPABILITY

We are building a future-ready organization. This role is expected to:

  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of complex enterprise platforms, digital products, or business technology capabilities.
  • Deep technical fluency in complex enterprise technology ecosystems — including system architecture, APIs, integrations, master data, data models and flows, conversions, RICE objects, configuration, and cross-system dependencies — with demonstrated ability to identify downstream impacts of product, data, and architecture decisions.
  • Experience managing technology dependencies and sequencing across interconnected systems during a large-scale transformation, migration, or platform implementation, including determining how legacy capabilities can safely transition to modern platforms without disrupting critical business operations.
  • Demonstrated experience leading product work within Product Creation, Product Development, PLM, apparel or footwear, retail, consumer products, sourcing, merchandising, or a closely related domain.
  • Experience delivering a major PLM, ERP, supply chain, product development, or enterprise transformation involving significant business process and technology change.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving business teams, engineering, architecture, data, QA, and external technology partners, with the ability to drive clarity and alignment across complex programs.
  • Strong product judgment and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments where the problem, solution, dependencies, or path forward may not yet be fully defined.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience implementing or managing a PLM platform such as Centric PLM, PTC FlexPLM, Bamboo Rose, Enovia, or a comparable enterprise Product Creation platform.
  • Experience connecting multiple enterprise platforms through integrations, APIs, data pipelines, or orchestration layers in complex technology ecosystems.
  • Experience with Product Creation concepts including product hierarchies, styles, colorways, SKUs, materials, BOMs, tech packs, costing, sourcing, sampling, calendars, supplier collaboration, product integrity, and digital assets.
  • Experience implementing or scaling 3D product creation, digital product development, AI, workflow automation, or intelligent business applications — including rapidly prototyping solutions using Claude or comparable generative AI platforms.
  • Experience with technology-forward platforms such as Confluence, Jira, LucidChart, Microsoft Project, and Claude.

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 07/31/2029

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
