Our more than 22,000 employees are committed to relentlessly enhancing the fan experience and delighting sports fans globally.

Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is redefining how fans engage with the moments they care about — across Fanatics Sportsbook, Fanatics Markets, Fanatics Casino, and the Fanatics App. We're building something that's never existed at this scale, and there's no playbook to copy.

As Director, Talent at FBG, you will own the strategy, development, and scale of our influencer, creator, and talent ecosystem — building the engine that drives brand relevance, cultural impact, and customer acquisition across our full portfolio of consumer products.

You will define how creators, talent, and cultural voices show up across campaigns and always-on programs, balancing paid partnerships with earned influence to drive relevance, credibility, and performance.Reporting to the VP, Brand Communications, this is a senior leadership role responsible for building FBG's talent function from the ground up — setting the long-term vision, managing high-impact partnerships, and creating scalable programs that deliver measurable business results across every product in the ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is part casting director, part cultural strategist, and part operator — someone who understands how the right talent at the right moment drives culture, credibility, and business impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the long-term influencer and talent strategy to drive brand awareness, cultural relevance, and sustained engagement.

  • Lead the influencer and talent function, with the opportunity to build and manage a high-performing team over time.
  • Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure the business impact of influencer and talent initiatives.
  • Own talent casting across campaigns, tentpole moments, and always-on programming, ensuring the right voices show up in the right moments across sports, culture, and entertainment.
  • Balance paid partnerships with earned creator influence, recognizing when authenticity, cultural relevance, or organic momentum matter more than scale.
  • Identify emerging creators and cultural signals early, building proactive relationships ahead of major moments.
  • Develop flexible talent rosters and partnership models that can scale quickly across markets, leagues, and seasons.
  • Maintain brand integrity, consistency, and risk management across all influencer and talent activations.

  • Deep, established network of creators, athletes, agents, and talent partners across sports and entertainment.
  • Deep understanding of social platforms, creator economics, and cultural trends.
  • Strong point of view on talent selection and casting with demonstrated ability to match creators and talent to brand moments, audiences, and platforms.
  • Experience operating in environments where speed, cultural relevance, and risk management must coexist.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various offsite and team meetings

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
