Overview

The Fan Ecosystem team sits at the center of that vision, driving strategies that deepen customer engagement, increase lifetime value, and create seamless experiences across the entire Fanatics portfolio.

We are seeking a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, Fanatics App to lead the development and execution of integrated brand marketing initiatives that elevate the Fanatics brand and accelerate adoption of Fanatics' enterprise-wide products and programs. This role will serve as a strategic marketing partner across multiple business units, developing campaigns that strengthen customer affinity, drive awareness, and reinforce the value of the Fanatics ecosystem.

Reporting into the Senior Director of Fanatics App Brand Marketing, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Creative, Product, Loyalty, Communications, Partnerships, Analytics, and Growth to bring enterprise initiatives to market through compelling, insight-driven campaigns.

Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Development

  • Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies that support enterprise-wide business priorities and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Lead cross-channel marketing campaigns spanning digital, social, CRM, partnerships, events, App, and paid media.
  • Act as the brand owner of the full funnel, ensuring campaign messaging and visuals are communicated across all channels and partners. 
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints while evolving messaging to support strategic business objectives.
  • Translate consumer insights and business priorities into compelling brand narratives and campaign strategies.
  • Build executive-ready presentations outlining campaign strategies, performance updates, and future recommendations.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the brand expert for the Fanatics App from cross-functional & cross-organizational marketing initiatives 
  • Partner closely with Product, Growth, Loyalty, Creative, Communications, Analytics, and Commercial teams to align messaging, campaign execution and performance.
  • Influence stakeholders across multiple organizations while balancing competing priorities and timelines.
  • Coordinate campaign launches from concept through execution while ensuring flawless cross-functional alignment.
  • Track and lead budget management for the brand budget

Customer & Market Insights

  • Leverage customer research, behavioral data, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform marketing strategy.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Monitor industry trends across sports, entertainment, digital commerce, loyalty, and consumer marketing.

Brand Performance & Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Partner with Analytics teams to translate data into actionable recommendations.
  • Present results and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
  • Partner closely with commercial to ensure campaigns ladder up to commercial priorities 
  • Ensure commercial priorities are effectively communicated across the funnel 

Brand Stewardship

  • Champion the Fanatics brand across all enterprise marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns (inclusive of all consumer touchpoints) reflect the Fanatics App  brand voice, creative standards, and long-term positioning.
  • Support brand governance, messaging frameworks, and creative best practices across partner teams.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, consumer marketing, or strategic marketing.
  • Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional marketing campaigns from strategy through execution.
  • Strong understanding of brand development, customer journey mapping, and integrated marketing.
  • Expertise in marketing an App product across full funnel marketing campaign
  • A background in GTM - partnering with channel leads to execute priorities  
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple teams.
  • Experience leading marketing campaigns through the full funnel 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using customer insights and performance data to inform marketing decisions.

Preferred

  • Experience in sports, entertainment, consumer technology, retail, e-commerce, gaming, loyalty, or subscription businesses.
  • Experience marketing enterprise-level products, platforms, or customer ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty programs, or membership strategies.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, project management platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
  • MBA or advanced marketing certification preferred.

The range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual offer is confirmed. Salary Range

$140,000 - $165,000 USD
