The Role  Join our Growth Marketing team as a Performance Marketing Manager, where you'll own our paid acquisition strategy and execution across multiple digital channels. This is a hands-on operator role with a bias for action - you'll be responsible for planning, launching, and optimizing campaigns that drive measurable growth and revenue. You'll work closely with our experienced marketing leaders and cross-functional teams to build a consistent and effective client funnel while supporting both client acquisition and advisor recruiting efforts. This role will assist in building products across all asset classes, with a particular focus on developing and managing multi-asset class portfolio strategies. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical skills, fixed income experience, and the ability to design processes that can be automated. The Role  As a Staff Backend Engineer at Farther, you'll be a key technical leader within our engineering organization, architecting and driving the development of our core platform and infrastructure. You'll shape the technical vision of our backend systems, establish engineering standards, and tackle our most complex distributed systems challenges. Working with TypeScript, Bun, and CockroachDB, you'll influence technical decisions that impact our entire financial platform. This is a technical leadership role focused on engineering excellence, not people management.
