B2B Marketing Manager
Overview:
Fellow is seeking a marketer to help establish our B2B marketing program. While our iconic product designs and emerging consumer brand are helpful, our sales teams are driving substantial growth in markets and categories across the world without dedicated marketing support.
The B2B Marketing Manager will serve as a strategic and tactical partner, laying the foundation for sales pipeline and driving growth throughout the funnel. After doing discovery with key stakeholders, they will lead strategy sessions to organize sales around the marketing approach for each team. The B2B Marketing Manager will help drive prioritization of organizational resources across each opportunity. Once plan and resources are set, they’ll ensure smooth and successful execution.
The ideal candidate is passionate about creating something out of nothing. They are able to push through ambiguity, inspire stakeholders, create the right amount of process, and coordinate resources across the company.
This role is based in our office in San Francisco, CA and is required to be in-office 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Establish B2B marketing funnel(s) across Specialty, CorPro, Key, Strategic, & International
- Work with Sales leadership to establish marketing KPIs that support their business
- Prioritize and develop TOF strategies/tactics (across earned, paid, organic)
- Lead capture/nurture martech + ops
- Define our "B2B brand" and bring it to life
- Develop sales collateral / assets, manage creative process + reviews
- Ensure holistic account plans (partnerships + opportunities) across marketing and sales
- Triage and prioritize wholesale business press opportunities
Requirements:
- Proficiency with revenue tech stack (CRM, marketing automation, lead capture, etc.)
- 4 years of B2B experience
- Track record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional marketing programs with tight timelines
- Experience developing and managing partner relationships, from SMB to Enterprise
- Comfort performing marketing analysis and reporting to stakeholders

Salary Range: $105,000-$125,000
