The Role:
We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Financial & Business Operations Analyst to help drive key initiatives across our Finance and BizOps teams. In this role, you’ll be the connective tissue between Finance, Engineering, Product and GTM - ensuring everything from billing accuracy to platform efficiency runs smoothly. You’ll take ownership of critical workflows, work cross-functionally to solve problems, and play a key role in maintaining operational excellence as we scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end financial operations, including: contracting and invoicing, billing, and vendor onboarding and expense approvals
- Support ongoing P&L analysis and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to identify and implement operational improvement opportunities, manage and track usage consumption, and conduct bottom-line profitability analysis
- Partner with GTM teams to support resource planning, budgeting, and investment optimization for marketing and sales initiatives
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and company policies
- Own and deliver high-impact special projects that improve financial and operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in high-performance environments such as consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced start-up
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proven ability to own projects from start to finish, especially under tight timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working across Finance, Engineering, Product, and GTM to drive alignment and execution
- Familiarity with financial systems and business intelligence tools is a plus
- Passion for building scalable, efficient systems in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated initiative in improving processes or solving operational challenges
Compensation is determined by various factors including individual qualifications, experience, skills, interview performance, market data, and work location. The listed salary range for this role is a guideline and may be modified.
Redwood City Pay Range
$110,000 - $130,000 USD
