
Talent Acquisition Intern
First National Bank of America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join the Human Resources team for the summer of 2025. The department switched to a new Applicant Tracking System (ATS) last year and merged the data from the former ATS to the new ATS. The main project for this internship is to go through the merged data and provide summarized notes on each applicant/candidate as well as some modifications. The Talent Acquisition Intern will also have the opportunity to participate with the Talent Acquisition team in a new talent engagement process. This role requires strong attention to detail to accurately manage and summarize applicant data while maintaining a well-organized workflow.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
35-40 hours weekly
Working hours between 8:30am-5:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and organize merged data into clear, concise summarized notes for streamlined reference
- Collaborate with TA team to create and post social media updates for professional outlets
- Design content for talent engagement campaigns on Canva, collaborating with the Talent Acquisition team
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, junior year or higher
- Local/currently living in the Greater Lansing Area
- The ability to read through multiple details and provide an articulate summary of the information
- Experience creating simple content on Canva
- Proven ability and desire to learn new software quickly
- Demonstrates a high level of integrity and respect for confidential data
