Sales Sourcer (Contract)

The People Team at Fleetio is expanding and has an opportunity for a Sales Sourcer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in fueling the growth of our SMB, Mid-Market, Entperprise and PubSec segments. You’ll partner closely with Senior Sales Recruiters and Sales leadership to design and execute sourcing strategies that build high-quality, diverse pipelines. With a strong focus on outbound outreach and passive candidate engagement, you’ll identify, attract, and engage top-tier sales talent. As one of the first dedicated sourcers on the team, you’ll help shape Fleetio’s sourcing playbook, championing data-driven strategies and continuous improvement to support the company’s scaling go-to-market efforts.

Who you are

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about outbound sourcing, and has a deep understanding of sales hiring - particularly for multi-segment B2B SaaS. You’re creative and resourceful in how you discover and engage top talent. You love solving sourcing challenges, driving impact through high-volume outreach, and using data to guide decision-making. You understand the value of a strong employer brand and candidate experience and act as an ambassador for Fleetio throughout the talent sourcing process. You collaborate well, are detail-oriented, and bring curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset to your work.


Your impact

  • Own top-of-funnel talent generation for Account Executive roles by building diverse and engaged candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Develop and execute outbound sourcing strategies via LinkedIn Recruiter, email sequences, talent platforms (e.g. Gem, Juicebox.ai), and creative channels.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pools for current and future hiring needs while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
  • Track and analyze sourcing metrics (response rates, conversion rates, source effectiveness) to improve pipeline quality and sourcing efficiency.
  • Share sourcing best practices and contribute to the development of Fleetio’s sourcing workflows and talent engagement strategies.
  • Help ensure every interaction reflects Fleetio’s values and supports a diverse and inclusive hiring experience.

Your experience

  • 4+ years of sourcing experience for Sales or GTM roles in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
  • Proven success sourcing SMB, Mid-Market and Enterprise Account Executives with a strong focus on outbound pipeline development.
  • Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and sourcing platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple pipelines and priorities simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
  • Experience using sourcing metrics to guide and improve strategy.
  • Strong written communication skills and candidate engagement mindset.
  • Passion for diversity recruiting and building inclusive pipelines.
