The Partner Enablement Specialist plays a pivotal role in empowering our internal sales teams by providing expert support in campaign execution, budget management, and data integrity. This individual serves as a subject matter expert on booking systems and processes, ensuring efficient campaign delivery and accurate data entry. They are responsible for driving operational excellence through quality assurance, process improvements, documentation, stakeholder management and training initiatives.

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

Campaign Execution & Budget Management:

  • Act as a subject matter expert on budget bookings and campaign execution, providing expert support to sales and internal teams.
  • Manage the end-to-end process of booking budgets and executing campaigns within internal systems (e.g., Marketplace).
  • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time, and within budget.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on campaign progress and budget utilization.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Engineering to troubleshoot and resolve system-related campaign execution issues, data discrepancies, and budget booking errors
  • Maintain Salesforce hygiene by ensuring accurate and complete data entry by the sales team.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on Salesforce data and campaign information.
  • Develop and implement processes to enforce data integrity and hold the sales team accountable for accurate data entry.

System Expertise & Support:

  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of internal systems e.g. Salesforce, Marketplace and FAdmin
  • Provide system support and troubleshooting to sales teams internal team members.
  • Identify and recommend system improvements to enhance efficiency and usability.
  • Provide training on internal systems.

Project Execution & Process Improvement:

  • Support on projects focused on improving campaign operations and data management.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other relevant documentation.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.
  • Assist in the creation of training resources, including guides, tutorials, and presentations.
  • Lead training sessions on system updates and process improvement.

What you'll bring to the team:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working in an Operations environment preferably within a tech company
  • Proven experience in sales operations, campaign management or account management.
  • Experience creating and maintaining SOP documentation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.   
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
