The Job
This role reports to the Brand Community Lead and works closely with the social, brand, data insights, adtech, and user acquisition teams. You’ll manage one stream of Flo’s influencer program, help drive measurable 'brandformance' results across EN and non-EN markets, with an initial focus on LATAM expansion.
Key projects include managing always-on influencer campaigns, collaborating with agencies, and showcasing full-funnel impact. Success will require resilience, high attention to detail, strong communication, and a balance of autonomy with teamwork. You’ll thrive if you’re unafraid to work in a new function, helping shape the foundation for how we scale and grow. Progression opportunities include advancing to senior manager or team lead.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, with knowledge on how to activate and strategise campaigns across the whole marketing funnel;
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and meeting ambitious targets, proving the ROI of your campaigns;
- Deep understanding of the influencer landscape and confidence in executing end-to-end campaigns;
- Data-savvy, comfortable working with data, and skilled at making informed, data-driven decisions;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English;
- Excellent negotiation skills, with experience building successful influencer partnerships, managing budgets, and meeting CPM market targets.
Nice to have:
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese and/or Spanish;
- Other multilingual skills (e.g., German, French, etc.);
- Familiarity with data reporting tools such as Looker;
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Develop and execute influencer strategies:
- Manage growth and 'brandformance' focused influencer marketing strategies to drive users to the Flo app and show ROI across EN and non-EN markets, with a focus on LATAM expansion to begin with;
- Manage influencer campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with Flo’s growth objectives and brand messaging.
- Influencer relationship management:
- Identify, recruit, and manage partnerships with influencers across all tiers, both in-house and in partnership with agencies;
- Negotiate contracts and collaborations to maximise ROI while adhering to budget and CPM targets.
- Campaign performance tracking:
- Monitor campaign performance across the funnel;
- Deliver clear, actionable reports to stakeholders, showcasing performance, learnings, and optimisation opportunities;
- Provide strategic recommendations to drive future growth and scalability within influencer marketing;
- Collaborate across teams:
- Work closely with the brand, data insights, adtech, and UA teams to align your influencer campaigns with broader marketing goals.
- Budget Management:
- Oversee campaign budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximise impact in-line with KPIs;
- Monitor and report on budget utilisation, making adjustments as needed to meet performance goals.
- Agency and Tool Management:
- Partner with external agencies to scale influencer campaigns and enhance program effectiveness;
- Utilise tools like Looker and other analytics platforms to streamline data reporting and insights.
You'll be targeted on:
- Hitting CPM benchmarks per market;
- Showing optimisations and support driving growth (installs) and full-funnel ROI from influencer activity;
- Adopting and implementing scaleable ways to maximise the use of your influencer content across socials, UGC ads and products.
