The Job
We are looking for an enthusiastic and commercially driven acquisition data analyst to join the User Acquisition team. The broad purpose of the role is to support the Paid/Organic acquisition teams with performance report, impact analysis among other things. The team is responsible for growing performance of paid channels as well as organic acquisition in close collaboration with the Brand team.
This role is an Marketing Data Analyst role inside the UA stream. You will be the main point of contact in the team to analyze the performance of our campaigns and generate insights.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
- Participate in the planning and analysing of UA experiments\campaigns
- Participate in the process of planning and setting goals for the UA team
- Maintain and develop the reporting system (dashboards, ad-hoc reports, etc.)
- Make proactive recommendations, often challenging the status quo
- Be jointly responsible for ensuring that all activity is set up in a way that allows us to test, learn, and optimize
Your Experience
Must have:
- You have at least 4 years of work experience as a Marketing Data Analyst with strong analytics experience in the digital marketing industry, particularly the mobile or desktop app user acquisition ecosystem.
- You know and understand mobile or desktop marketing metrics and are interested in basic product metrics.
- You have working experience with both marketing and product datasets (attribution, spend, LTV, CPA, ROAS, ROI/ROMI, etc.), know how to use statistics for experiments, and can analyze them using Python/R if needed.
- You use advanced SQL.
- You have experience in data visualization in Looker / Tableau / Python
- You excel at storytelling the data and insights back to the business with the why and the so-what
- You can confidently influence your peers to develop innovative campaigns and programs
- You understand the nuance between user value and business objectives
Nice to have:
- Experience with global acquisition/winback/brand campaigns and their planning, analysis
- Experience in analyzing campaigns with limited tracking capabilities, such as TV, OOH
Salary Range - gross per month
€6.000 - €8.300 EUR
