The job
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Influencer Executive to support the day-to-day operations of Flo’s growing influencer marketing program. You’ll play a key role in executing always-on campaigns, coordinating creator collaborations, and supporting the performance and delivery of influencer content across markets.
This is a highly collaborative role where you’ll work closely with agencies, creators, and teams across Brand, Social, Data, Product, and User Acquisition. You’ll help ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver results, with a sharp focus on timelines, tracking, and execution. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for creators, an eye for detail, and a strong desire to learn and grow in performance-led influencer marketing.
Your Experience
Must have:
- 1–3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, content production, or social media campaigns.
- Experience working with creators or agencies in either a brand, platform, or agency setting.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with creator platforms, influencer databases, or social analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Google spreadsheets).
- A collaborative team player who’s detail-driven and deadline-focused.
- Interest in health, lifestyle, or well-being spaces and a passion for performance-driven storytelling.
Professional Knowledge & Experience
- Good knowledge of influencer marketing and social media creator culture.
- Comfortable working with performance data, briefs, contracts, and creator tools.
- Solves small to medium executional problems independently and learns new systems quickly.
Business Impact
- Understands the goals of influencer campaigns and how they support wider team OKRs.
- Consistently delivers high-quality execution that contributes to program success.
- Works with attention to detail and helps ensure campaigns deliver against expectations.
Nice to have:
- Understanding of paid media and how influencer content can be repurposed for ads.
- Experience with reporting tools and analytics dashboards.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for:
Campaign Execution & Support
- Support the end-to-end execution of influencer campaigns - from briefing and communication to delivery and approvals.
- Coordinate with creators and agencies to ensure smooth delivery of assets and timely posting.
- Assist with research on creators, trends, and formats to inform ongoing campaigns.
- Maintain influencer databases and internal records to ensure partnerships are tracked and updated.
- Help track contracts, deliverables, and posting timelines to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Relationship & Workflow Management
- Support communications with influencers and agency contacts, helping nurture strong, professional relationships.
- Help gather influencer feedback and share performance highlights to strengthen collaboration and encourage repeat partnerships.
- Ensure clear internal tracking of all creator conversations and campaign progress.
Performance & Reporting
- Track campaign performance across awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Support the creation of campaign reports and post-campaign wrap-ups for internal stakeholders.
- Help identify areas for optimisation and support strategic recommendations to improve performance.
- Work with tools such as Looker to gather and organise data for review.
You'll be targeted on:
- Delivering influencer campaign tasks on time and to a high standard.
- Supporting reporting with accurate and insightful data.
- Maintaining clear, organised records and fostering strong influencer relationships.
- Contributing to campaign effectiveness through executional excellence (aligned with business metrics and focuses) and attention to detail.
