OFSAA Data Modeling Consultant

Remote/Charlotte, NC, Hoboken, NJ, or Tampa, FL - Full-Time

Summary:

The OFSAA Data Modeling Consultant will support the design, development, implementation, and support of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications solutions. This role focuses on OFSAA data modeling, ETL/ELT development, metadata management, application support, and implementation activities across client environments. The consultant will partner with business, technical, and user teams to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and deliver scalable OFSAA-based solutions aligned to business and regulatory needs.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business analysts, users, and technical teams to analyze requirements, identify gaps, and design effective OFSAA-based solutions
  • Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT processes to load, transform, and validate data across OFSAA applications and source systems
  • Customize, merge, and deploy the OFSAA data model in alignment with client-specific business and regulatory requirements
  • Support OFSAA staging and reporting data model activities, including data lineage, metadata, and data mapping
  • Act as an escalation point for application support, troubleshooting complex production issues and driving root-cause resolution
  • Support end-to-end implementation activities, including UAT, production deployments, defect fixes, system enhancements, and post-production support
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and internal teams across multiple phases of the OFSAA implementation lifecycle

 

Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in OFSAA staging and reporting data models, with solid understanding of data lineage and data modeling concepts
  • Hands-on experience with OFSAA ELT utilities such as Excel File Upload, F2T, T2T, Unified Metadata Manager, SCD, and AMHM
  • In-depth knowledge of OFSAAI products, frameworks, metadata management, hierarchies, datasets, and core architectural components
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, including stored procedures
  • Strong experience working with Oracle Database
  • Proven experience supporting clients across multiple phases of the OFSAA implementation lifecycle in a consulting environment
  • Experience troubleshooting OFSAA application issues, production defects, data load failures, and system performance concerns
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders

 

Work Model: 

This is a remote role. Candidates must be able to work first week onsite in either Charlotte, NC, Hoboken, NJ, or Tampa, FL.

We are committed to pay equity and transparency. The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity. 

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc. 

Estimated Compensation Range:

$55 - $66 USD
