The role of the Salesforce Solutions Architect is to lead architecture strategy, solution design, and technical roadmap development for complex enterprise initiatives. This position is well suited for an experienced Salesforce Solutions Architect, or an Enterprise Architect with strong Salesforce expertise—who can evaluate the broader technology environment while ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business objectives, integration requirements, security standards, and long-term organizational goals.
You will work closely with client leadership, business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to guide architecture decisions across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms. Your leadership will help ensure solutions are scalable, secure, integrated, and positioned to support continued digital transformation.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain enterprise technology roadmaps that align Salesforce capabilities with business priorities and digital transformation objectives.
- Lead solution architecture and technical design activities across Salesforce and connected enterprise platforms.
- Evaluate business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable architecture solutions.
- Partner with client executives, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to guide key architecture and design decisions.
- Define end-to-end solution designs, including application architecture, system integrations, data flows, security, and platform dependencies.
- Assess existing technology environments and recommend modernization, optimization, and platform-alignment strategies.
- Coordinate architecture activities across multiple technologies, delivery teams, vendors, and project workstreams.
- Establish architecture principles, technical standards, design patterns, and governance processes.
- Review proposed solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, Salesforce best practices, and long-term technology strategy.
- Provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and planning through implementation and deployment.
- Identify architecture risks, platform limitations, integration dependencies, and technical tradeoffs early in the delivery process.
- Facilitate architecture workshops and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Support solution estimates, implementation planning, technical documentation, and delivery-team alignment.
- Mentor architects, developers, consultants, and other technical team members on architecture practices and Salesforce capabilities.
- Remain current on Salesforce platform developments, cloud technologies, enterprise integration patterns, and emerging architecture practices.
What You’ll Bring
- 8+ years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise architecture, or technology leadership, including responsibility for complex enterprise solution design and technical strategy.
- Minimum of 5 Salesforce Certificaitons including minimum of 2 Architect valid certifications
- Hands-on experience architecting and implementing Salesforce solutions within complex enterprise environments involving multiple clouds, applications, integrations, or business units.
- Proven experience developing enterprise technology roadmaps and translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and sustainable architecture solutions.
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to influence architecture decisions and present technical recommendations to client leadership.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, limitations, and recommended design practices.
- Experience designing solutions across Salesforce clouds and integrated enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of enterprise application architecture, cloud technologies, APIs, middleware, and integration patterns.
- Experience defining system integrations, data flows, security models, identity-management approaches, and platform dependencies.
- Understanding of architectural principles related to scalability, performance, availability, maintainability, and security.
- Experience establishing technical governance, architecture standards, and solution-review processes.
- Ability to assess complex technology environments and identify architecture risks, dependencies, and modernization opportunities.
- Experience working across multiple delivery teams, vendors, technologies, and concurrent workstreams.
- Ability to balance immediate project needs with long-term enterprise architecture and platform strategy.
- Strong facilitation, documentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in Agile, iterative, or enterprise delivery environments.
- Salesforce architecture certifications are strongly preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related discipline—or equivalent professional experience.

The compensation range for this position represents our good faith estimate of the range we reasonably expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, skills, education, work location, and internal equity.
In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentive programs, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, etc.
Estimated Compensation Range:
$95 - $115 USD
