GTM Operations Analyst
About the role:
We are hiring a Go-to-Market (GTM) Operations Analyst to sit within our GTM Operations and Enablement Team. Reporting to the Senior Manager of GTM Analytics, the role will produce accurate and actionable analytics and insights that enable our GTM team to make key strategic decisions. This position will initially focus on supporting our marketing function with future opportunities to support sales and customer success. What you’ll be doing:
- Dig deep into existing datasets to uncover helpful metrics to improve marketing performance and assess marketing investment ROI.
- Combine insights from marketing, sales and customer success to create a unified vision for GTM strategy and performance.
- Build impactful and actionable reports to operationalize processes, reviews and meetings.
- Train and enable business stakeholders to use data properly and make data-driven decisions.
- Use data to pinpoint account and contact targets for tailored messaging to high-propensity customers. Track performance of campaigns and A/B test messaging.
- Maximize usefulness and effectiveness of the reporting and analytics tools by ensuring commercial management is consistently looking at the right data, at the right time, in the right way.
- Manage data integrity and ensure best practices are followed.
What you’ll need:
- 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Market Analyst, or similar role
- Experience with marketing analytics and systems administration
- Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Hubspot or other CRM and campaign management software
- Experience building and analyzing attribution models including first-touch, last-touch and multi-touch attribution
- Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders with data
- Demonstrated experience leading and owning cross-functional programs
- Demonstrated experience owning the design, implementation, and optimization of initiatives and processes
- Experience with SQL and modern data visualization tools (Qlik a plus)

Salary Range: $77,500 - $96,000 annually + bonus + equity + benefits
The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, and skill level.
