Job Application for Executive Support and Initiative Projects Lead at Foundation Risk Partners

Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding an Executive Support and Initiative Projects Lead to their team in Ormond Beach, FL.

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Support and Initiates Project Lead to support our Chief Sales Officer (CSO) and the broader sales leadership team. This role blends high-level project support with executive support, requiring exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Essential Functions:

Provide project management supporting the CSO
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across multiple time zones
Oversee scheduling and maintenance coordination for corporate aircraft
Plan and manage detailed travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, meals and logistics for executive leadership
Draft, edit, and format correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to support daily operations and executives needs

Education & Experience:

Project Management experience working with senior leaders across multiple functions
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment
Flexible, resourceful, and solutions-oriented, with a proactive mindset and strong problem-solving abilities
