The Creative Team Traffic Manager is a key role within the Creative & Brand team at FREENOW, responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative production process and ensuring smooth execution of marketing and brand initiatives. Acting as the bridge between creative teams, marketing stakeholders, and external vendors, this role is critical for ensuring efficiency, quality, and alignment across all creative projects.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in creative project and production management, with experience managing high-volume workflows, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, and driving the successful delivery of creative assets across multiple platforms, including CRM, OOH, print, TV, radio, digital marketing, SM and branding campaigns.


YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Project & Traffic Management:

  • Oversee the intake, planning, and execution of creative projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Develop and maintain project workflows, timelines, and approval processes to streamline creative operations.
  • Assign tasks, manage workload distribution, and prioritize projects based on business needs and team capacity.
  • Monitor progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks in project execution.

Stakeholder Coordination & Communication:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all the creative team stakeholders
  • Facilitate clear and efficient communication between stakeholders and creative teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and deliverables.
  • Educate stakeholders on creative processes and realistic timelines to improve collaboration and planning.
  • Manage feedback loops to optimize efficiency and ensure high-quality outputs.

Creative Production Oversight:

  • Manage the production of creative assets across multiple formats (CRM, OOH, TV, radio, print, digital, etc.), ensuring specifications, formats, and technical requirements are met.
  • Work closely with external agencies, vendors, and production houses to execute high-quality creative deliverables.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to creative guidelines across all outputs.
  • Continuously optimize workflows, tools, and processes to improve creative operations and reduce inefficiencies.
  • Implement best practices in project management and creative production to enhance team performance and output quality.

Budget & Resource Management:

  • Manage budgets for creative production projects, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality.
  • Oversee resource allocation to balance internal capacity with external production needs.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

Project & Production Management Expertise:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of creative production processes across multiple channels
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com).

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to set expectations, push back when necessary, and guide stakeholders in strategic creative planning.
  • Leadership experience in managing project or production teams.

Technical & Industry Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of creative workflows, including copywriting, design, and AV production.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, including file formats, production specifications, and media requirements.
  • Familiarity with creative software (Adobe Creative Suite and Figma is a plus).

Experience & Background:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative project management, traffic management, or production management within an agency or in-house creative team.
  • Experience handling large-scale creative campaigns, including rebrands and high-budget productions.
  • Background in working with external agencies, media vendors, and production partners.
