YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

We’re looking for a passionate marketer to join our Driver Marketing team on a 16-month fixed-term contract to cover a maternity leave, ideally starting in September 2025.

As a Driver Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies aimed at acquiring, engaging, and retaining drivers on our platform. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Product, Operations, and Communications, to ensure that marketing initiatives align with business objectives and resonate with the driver community.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ideate and plan driver initiatives and materials, as well as help with local comms to meet local KPIs, whether it’s acquisition or engagement
  • Providing market research, business cases and marketing strategies for driver lead acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
  • Support Central Operations team in developing marketing strategies and plans to amplify their drivers initiatives.
  • Support local country marketing leads and local Operations team with driver communications when needed, in order to keep local drivers informed/engaged with local and central initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse the efficiency and performance of driver initiatives/campaigns to recommend and execute strategies/tactics that will increase specific KPIs.
  • Help markets on the implementation of their on-car advertising strategies to meet goals.
  • Looking for partnership opportunities to bring additional perks for drivers.
  • Working with the creative brand hub and product marketing team to help to uncover best-performing messages and ad visuals.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for the company to acquire new drivers and increase engagement across all markets.

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE:

  • +5 years of experience in customer marketing, communications, or engagement roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Excellent communication and written skills - especially in English. Other languages will also be appreciated.
  • Be willing to work with the best marketing team ever!
