Our ABA direct services are designed to meet the unique needs of children in underserved communities, providing them with the support and resources they require to reach their full potential. By leveraging our technology platform and partnering with local providers, we are able to deliver effective ABA therapy to families who may otherwise have limited access to these essential services.
The Role
We are seeking a mission-driven Head of Community Outreach to help grow our presence and expand access to pediatric behavioral health services. In this role, you will focus on building community and business development strategies that drive qualified ABA referrals and partnerships.
This position emphasizes creativity and resourcefulness in leveraging technology, marketing channels, and professional networks to expand awareness of Frontera’s services across New Mexico. You will collaborate with internal teams, build meaningful relationships with stakeholders across healthcare and community settings, and help us shape a thoughtful and scalable growth strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a creative market strategy to grow qualified ABA referrals in New Mexico
- Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to understand referral dynamics, community needs, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including pediatricians, schools, daycares, early intervention programs, universities, psychologists, and community organizations
- Lead and support new market launches in New Mexico by cultivating partnerships and building brand awareness in target regions
- Partner cross-functionally with clinical, operations, marketing, and product teams to ensure local market insights inform company strategy
- Track performance against referral and engagement goals and iterate strategy based on learnings
- Leverage technology and marketing tools to broaden Frontera’s reach and brand presence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in community development, business development, partnerships, or outreach, ideally in ABA, behavioral healthcare, or healthcare services
- Proven experience driving growth through strategic relationships and partnerships
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; you are energized by meeting people and building authentic relationships
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-moving environment
- Passion for improving access to care for families and children
Preferred Backgrounds
- Community development or partnerships in ABA, behavioral healthcare, or healthcare services
- Experience with outreach in early intervention, special education, or pediatric programs
- Familiarity with marketing tools or digital outreach strategies

This is a part-time / contract role (approximately 20 hours per week) with flexibility to be fully remote.
