Program Manager

Denver, Colorado

Frontera Health is revolutionizing pediatric healthcare by developing a cutting-edge, tech-enabled platform that delivers essential therapies to rural families. Our platform leverages AI/ML to create a robust video-based data model for early intervention and developmental disorders. By collaborating closely with parents, caregivers, and clinical partners, we’re bridging the gap in access to care, improving health equity, and providing personalized treatment plans. Backed by leading investors like Lightspeed and Lux, Frontera Health is poised for rapid growth.

Our ABA direct services are designed to meet the unique needs of children in underserved communities, providing them with the support and resources they require to reach their full potential. We are passionate about ensuring that every child, regardless of their location or socioeconomic status, has access to high-quality healthcare. By leveraging our technology platform and partnering with local providers, we are able to deliver effective ABA therapy to families who may otherwise have limited access to these essential services.

We are seeking a resourceful, technically curious, and operations-savvy team member to join our growing team. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, operations, and clinical teams, helping to scale internal processes, track cross-functional initiatives, and ensure smooth product rollouts. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and loves building structure out of ambiguity.

You’ll be the connective tissue driving execution, unblocking teams, and helping translate user insights into actionable improvements.

Responsibilities

Program Management & Operations

  • Lead cross-functional project coordination between operational and product teams to ensure alignment on strategic initiatives and internal QA testing
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for new feature launches and product releases
  • Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and communication channels to maintain project visibility and accountability
  • Drive process improvements and establish standardized workflows across teams
  • Track and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, and Customer Success teams
  • Prioritize client-reported bugs subsequent to each new launch and feature rollout
  • Contribute to product improvement by identifying and reporting recurring issues
  • Support Tier 1 and Tier 2 ticketing processes as needed/required
  • Support additional internal Product/Engineering teams as requested

Communication & Analysis

  • Prepare and present clear project status updates to Product and company leadership.
  • Translate user feedback and operational data into meaningful insights that inform roadmap prioritization.
  • Maintain clear documentation of product changes, workflows, and testing outcomes.
  • Facilitate recurring syncs or standups to ensure transparency and accountability across stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required

  • 4+ years of experience in operations, program/project management, or technical product support roles.
  • Strong understanding of how software products work and curiosity to dig deeper (APIs, integrations, etc.).
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, design, operations, and end users.
  • Track record of owning and driving projects to completion, especially in ambiguous or fast-changing environments.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Jira, Notion) and lightweight testing processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize information for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to improve systems (not just maintain them).
  • High ownership mindset; comfortable working independently and proactively identifying priorities.

Preferred

  • Experience in healthcare, healthtech, or clinical environments (e.g., ABA, diagnostics, provider tools).
  • Familiarity with product development life cycles and go-to-market strategies.
  • Experience with AI/ML-powered products or tools.
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CSM).
  • Experience with or understanding of ABA therapy workflows.

You might be a great fit if…

  • You love solving problems and don’t wait for someone to hand you the playbook.
  • You’re energized by context-switching between operations, tech, and users.
  • You believe clarity, documentation, and process can be transformative
  • You’re comfortable navigating ambiguity and working in a growing startup.
  • You care deeply about healthcare access, outcomes, and equity.
